How to begin
1. At checkout, include your Pokémon Trainer Club (PTC) login in the notes or send it to us on Discord.
2. Make sure you have enough Raid Passes for your package.
3. Do not play 2 hours before or during the service.
4. Activate any Star Pieces or Lucky Eggs you want us to use before we start.
5. Sit back and relax while we complete your raid boost.
IMPORTANT
We only need your PTC login – never your email password or personal info.
Ensure your storage (items & Pokémon) has free space before service.
Do not log in while the boost is in progress, or it may disconnect us.
Refunds are only given if we cannot complete the service on our end.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Most raid packages are completed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Q: Will my account be safe?
A: Yes — we never change your password or personal settings. Your login is only used to complete the raids.
Q: What if I don’t have enough Raid Passes?
A: You must have the required passes before we start. Orders cannot be completed without them.
Q: Can I use my account while you boost?
A: Please don’t log in during the service — it can kick us out of raids. You’ll be notified when the boost is finished.
Q: Do you guarantee shiny or legendary catches?
A: We guarantee the raid completion. The catch rates and shiny odds are determined by the game.
